Ordering and Pick Up Policy
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. All Cake orders take a full three business days to make and are made available for pick after 12pm on the 4th day. (Business days are Mon-Fri excludes public holidays. The day you order is not included in the calculation).
We can organise a delivery of the cake within the local Melbourne Metro area but this will have to be arranged separately and charges will apply.

All cakes are frozen and should be treated as such. If you are traveling long distances you will be required to provide your own cold storage. Eat Well co. Can not help you once the cake has left the shop. If the cake is damaged or melts in transit this is not the responsibility of Eat Well co..
Refund & Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 5 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at [email protected] within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been half eaten, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product in person. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take care and think about how you will transport your cake. Eat Well co. will not be responsible for damaged in transit.
